This adaptation is one of my favorites. Each actor is superb. Margaret O'Brien will always be the perfect Beth and hold a special place in my heart. Go ahead and buy it because you will want to watch this over and over again, especially if you had to suffer through the new PBS adaptation that just came out 2018. The PBS version was so far off the mark and the should fire the casting director. I came here to purchase this version after I suffered watching the new PBS adaptation so I won't have nightmares...hahaha Enjoy!

Every time I'm sick or feeling upset I always watch this movie. It feels homey to me in a way I can't explain I can't believe I found this on Google play this is insane. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Probably my favorite adaptation of the story. A perfect example of a good comfort movie. Lighthearted, sweet, and the cast has great chemistry.
