95% people enjoyed the movie very much and 5% hated it as usual. But in ny opinion it is the best sci-fi movie of 2014. It's well scripted, well acted well plotted and well edited. I mean the scene where he try to save that guy from the crashing airplane in many attempts that was awesome. And at about the end where he don't save anyone from dying and try to kill the omega all by himself that was emotional. So it got drama, comedy, action, adventure and sci-fi in a single movie MUST WATCH!

I watched because of tom cruise but the movie turn out to be a gr8 disappointment. Last few years tom's selection of movie r going into worst phase. Half of movie is just repition of same frames.Plot & story is not difficult to guess & seem another piece of sci-fi failed adventure.

The title of this movie makes no sense. Its a great film, with a simple but engaging story. The story has gaping loopholes, but the acting, visuals and overall execution makes you want to overlook them. Cruise shines. The story is the closest thing we have to a game based movie, and it is an entertaining watch. If only they chose a better name...
