Iris Hawthorn, a lonely 911 operator, anonymously receives a coffin in the mail and sets off on a tragicomic odyssey to discover the sender. Her co-worker, Patricia, dismisses the delivery as a mistake, but Iris continues to receive bizarre items from two equally bizarre delivery men.
