Acerca de esta película

Fred Flarsky (Seth Rogen) is a gifted and free-spirited journalist with an affinity for trouble. Charlotte Field (Charlize Theron) is one of the most influential women in the world. Smart, sophisticated, and accomplished, she's a powerhouse diplomat with a talent for…well, mostly everything. The two have nothing in common, except that she was his babysitter and childhood crush. When Fred unexpectedly reconnects with Charlotte, he charms her with his self-deprecating humor and his memories of her youthful idealism. As she prepares to make a run for the Presidency, Charlotte impulsively hires Fred as her speechwriter, much to the dismay of her trusted advisors. A fish out of water on Charlotte's elite team, Fred is unprepared for her glamourous lifestyle in the limelight. However, sparks fly as their unmistakable chemistry leads to a round-the-world romance and a series of unexpected and dangerous incidents.

Fred (Rogans character) personifies the beta males fantasy of the weak and subservient man getting the girl. In no way does Fred and Charlotte's relationship reflect the reality of female to male attraction. If you're that quiet, weak, emotionally "damaged" leftist, this might be the movie for you. Throughout the movie Fred espouses a litany of close minded leftis ideas that almost certainly reflect Seth Rogans true political feelings. The movie wraps up with a good old fashioned cucking, enjoy

This movie is the worst. Too much politics and leftism, along with hints of unrealism throughout. Cmon a beta male getting a hot chick like that would not happen that smoothly in real life. Seth must have a flawed understanding of what females are attracted to in this day or age. This movie lacks in actual genuity of a romance story and is bad at the aspect of having comedy. All the jokes are way to left. Dear gosh this should've never been made to begin with.

I found this movie to be a nice departure from reality (seriously, no one's hair looks as good as Charlotte's with that much sleep deprivation) The physical comedy was surprising, which made it comedy, and both lead roles were written to portray believable humans in unlikely situations. It entertained me for a brief time period. Mission accomplished.
