About this movie

In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past where a “looper” – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good until the day the mob decides to “close the loop”, sending back Joe’s future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination. The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and also stars Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, and Jeff Daniels.

Spoiler alert, I thought it would be an interesting time travel story. It started bad and went worse all the way to the end. Throwing in a kid with special powers when he gets angry only made it stupid. If the mafia were really run this way they would of all died of stupidity

The bad reviews on here criticize about a sci-fi as if it were a based on real events movie. It's not jaw dropping but it's not bad either, watch it an you'll agree.

Not as much action as I would like. Way too many plot holes. Very weak story, and any surprise they manage to slip in comes at the cost of retaining any semblance of continuity.
