In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented - but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a "looper" - a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) - is waiting to mop up. Great movies operate in their own world. Looper not only takes you to its world of dirtbeat assassin's, it actively plays with the problems and issues it faces. While most films would take you to familiar ground. Looper follows greed and exposes a narrative that I had not seen played out 50 times before. An original and a classic.

good points - special effects - "some "good acting performances - movies got Bruce Willis in it ! bad points - plot too hard to follow -the young toddler gets way too much air time in the movie ! - movie gets more ridiculous the longer it goes !

The story line is above average with a slight twist and a few bends thrown in along the way to keep it exciting. I personally liked the movie and would recommend watching it at least once.
