Well done movie, very true to the book. Takes me back in my 20's when I first got into Black Metal, the tapes and CD trading, scowering thru record shops for bootlegs of rare shows and the people one meets along the way to mayhem.

I love black metal more than anything. this movie was made with extreme accuracy and detail. everything they say and do was put there for a purpose. As it is a movie about the relationships between members, it isn't a movie much about the music or the writing of music. stunning film.

if they're trying to make an accurate film about the early 90s Black Metal movement, they failed. if you want to watch something about the 90s black metal scene watch Until The Light Takes Us as it's more accurate.
