Spence Cutler is a psychopath. He's never felt empathy or guilt, and has devoted his life to exploiting, manipulating and stealing from his female conquests. However, a fateful encounter with a new drug is about to spark an array of new and unwanted emotions. When Spence targets emotionally fragile rich girl Azaria during his drug-induced journey, life as he knows it starts to spiral out of control. Beset by hallucinations and painful bouts of morality which threaten to ruin his criminal plans and life as he knows it, Spence fights to find himself amidst the alien feelings of compassion.
