Sometimes the best things in life happen on the fly. From the moment an injured duck crash-lands on Doug's roof, everything changes. Recently dumped and wallowing in self pity, Doug decides to nurse Pierre back to health with the assistance of an eccentric vet and bird specialist, Holly. When romance begins to bloom with Holly, Doug's life seems back on track but the path to love is never easy. Sometimes all you need is a little duck! Starring Rhys Darby (Flight of the Conchords), Sally Hawkins (Happy-Go-Lucky, Made in Dagenham), and Bryan Brown (Cocktail, Australia) and a soundtrack featuring numerous tracks by Queen (including 'Don't Stop Me Now', 'Somebody to Love', 'I Want to Break Free' and 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love').
