This film brought maximum joy to my life for roughly two hours. Mainly due to the Scarlett Johansen with that gorgeous head of hers. I loved the idea of the drug unlocking the full potential of the human brain though and the awesome stuff she could do with it. I think they must have found it difficult to tie up because the end was a bit odd (without spoiling it). All in all, if you take the film without too much seriousness, you probably will enjoy it. I'd watch this again. 🙌

The concept isn't new but the dynamic being the ability of the human brains journey of evolution is new. Most comment didn't get the 10% part as it stipulates human counsiousness is only at 10%. Not realising the 10% to speak of is at a global average IQ. That USB has infinite storage and inconspicuous enough said. The ending could have been better using a device that could only be read when mankind was ready (seeing as she time traveled somehow). In all a different movie to watch an I personally enjoyed.

Not the best work from Freeman or Johansson. An good start but the basic premise is based on a pop theory debunked a long time ago, the plot jerks along and collapses towards the end and one of the visual devices regularly jars you out of the moment to remind you you're watching a film. I wish I hadn't paid to see it in the cinema.
