A nice modern take on the Frankenstein story done in a believable manner. I was expecting a shlocky child's play type riff and get a film about the danger of creating life through generative AI (very relevant). There's a bit of The Terminator in here too, I wonder if that will be explored in the sequel, with a M3gan willing to fight and die for her child. Could be a really interesting way to take a sequel.

Just OK film. No surprises about the story. I thought the two girls relationship could have developed into more strange way but it did not. The story should work better if this is a three part movie or even longer.

It REALLY pisses me off, they put up the PG-13, wait two weeks, then offer the UNRATED version! You expect me to buy this TWICE? I've bought the movie. Give me access to BOTH versions! ffs...
