Action packed, actually expands on the universe of the series in a meaningful way. Much better than the third film, and, in my opinion, than the original. I would put it on par with Road Warrior. I recommend.

I haven't watched this movie in years so I rented it but the movie is capped at a quality of 480p, making what is a very visual movie look quite bad.

Purchased the movie as HD. It looked great at time of purchase. I tried watching it today and it's capped at 480p. Buy a physical copy instead.
