Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a band of survivors fleeing across the Wasteland in a war rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa (Oscar ® winner Charlize Theron-- Prometheus). They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe (Hugh Keays-Byrne), from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and ruthlessly pursues the rebels in the high-octane Road War that follows.

Action packed, actually expands on the universe of the series in a meaningful way. Much better than the third film, and, in my opinion, than the original. I would put it on par with Road Warrior. I recommend.

I haven't watched this movie in years so I rented it but the movie is capped at a quality of 480p, making what is a very visual movie look quite bad.
