Am Ende des Films sah ich, dass der Regisseur Soderbergh war, und um ehrlich zu sein, war es weniger persönlicher Stil und Tiefe als der erste, der eine gewöhnliche unternehmerische Geschichte erzählte. Say what you will about the plot holes in this movie, I didn't watch it because I wanted great writing. I watched it because I'm a middle-aged woman with a "zombie apocalypse of repressed desire" and this movie satiated that aspect of myself 100%. That's the magic of Channing Tatum and what he has created in Magic Mike, both on screen and off. Male thongs not needed. Just incredibly talented muscular men dancing for the female gaze. How refreshing. I’m all in.
