In the vein of Crash, five strangers' lives intersect when one of them, Malcolm (James Frecheville), decides he has nothing left to live for. Fueled by a crystal meth high and equipped with a bag full of deadly weapons and homemade bombs, he commandeers a nearby shopping mall and wages a personal war campaign on unsuspecting shoppers. Caught at the wrong place, on the same fateful day, a shrewd and greedy businessman (Peter Stormare), a regretful housewife (Gina Gershon), a depressed pervert (Vincent D'Onofrio) and a typical pot smoking teenager (Cameron Monaghan) find themselves, their lives, and their fate forever changed.

This movie tries way to hard to be smart. And there are some inconsistencies in detail. I would give it a 3.5 but that option isn't available. Still worth watching though.

Very interesting movie, will most definitely have you on the EDGE of your seat! Also had a wonderful sound track that fits right in with the movie.

Unique, artistic. Great soundtrack. This movie had it all. Explosions, breasts, mystery, philosophy, Rx7...I could go on and on, just watch it. Excellent job Mr. Hahn!
