Americana fantasy at its old fashioned worst. Good versus evil with great visuals but lacking in depth or humanity. Tried hard but failed

One of the (if not the) most underrated/ underappreciated comic book film (e.g. Constantine). It has amazing filmography, score and pacing. Can't recommend enough

Near perfect superman origin story. The alien immigrant aspect and anxiety is the focus and the movie shifts into a full blown alien invasion story in the third act. Some of the best visuals, action and score of any cbm movie, just awesome.
