There were many bad things with Nelson Mandela as there were with Malcolm X but this was still a great movie, it teaches alot, regardless of the negative things he did. There has been alot of mistakes made in history by people of all cultures but we still need to aknowledge the positive things that they've done.

I LOVE Nelson Mandela. This film can't touch his power, spirituality, intellect. The man was PHYSICALLY TORTURED, not just mentally and socially. This movie fails the soul and heart of a GREAT!

A very gripping human story. Mandela shown as a human being with all his faults and failing. An honest portrayal of the icon with a human face. I recommend this movie. Mandela is very authentic. Blue ray version is superb.
