While this movie may be a source of entertainment to those new to Austen's works; it can be bothersome to the die-hard Austen fans. This movie looks like it can stand as another independent film rather than an adaptation and it should stop advertising itself as such.

This movie has such strong character. I truly enjoyed every minute.

This is still my favorite Jane Austen book/movie.
