It's Steven Seagal at his bone-busting, head-cracking best! After his partner dies, Drug Enforcement Agent John Hatcher (Seagal) returns to his hometown. But things there have changed for the worst. Jamaican drugs lords, led by a black magic high priest, have infiltrated the town. The thugs have met their match in Hatcher, though, and all the voodoo in the world won't be enough to stop him!

I think this is my favorite Seagal action flick, with Under Siege being a close second. Plowing through stereotypes, breaking balsa wood arms and driving sweet rides, this one had all the hallmarks. Also recommended if you're looking for a few good laughs. It's too bad Seagal's been reduced to a punchline and a meme. Not that he doesn't deserve it, but what a plunge from grace. Here's to better times.
