I am a local bollywood and hollywood critic. I am followed by locals and write specially on this app. So on special request of people I am writing review of the movie. This a superb biographical movie. I liked the movie as soon as I attended the special screening by locals. Priyanka playing the role of Kom, its her one of the finest movie. The movie opens when M C is shown different from other girls of her age.But should have made some years later.

Priyanka Chopra in the movie Mary Kom is a No. She's still a child in acting! Need to learn more from others! Mary Kom is once-watched movie. Dry concept. An Over-Rated gesture of Amateur Director Omung Kumar.

The movie is about the five time world boxing champion, Mary Kom who hails from a small village in Manipur. It then tells us how Mary overcomes hurdles and becomes a world champion. Then comes marriage, pregnancy and downfall. Watch this movie to see how she manages to become to champion again. Talking about the performances, Priyanka Chopra who plays the titular role stands out. She gets into her role both emotionally and physically. Its truly inspring and a must watch.
