Buster The Clown (William Forsythe of THE DEVIL'S REJECTS) is a mentally challenged man who sells ice cream out of his Cheery Tyme truck until a cruel prank by a bunch of neighborhood boys goes horrifically wrong. I can't live with out the movie and I watched over 50 time. I love too watch it all day of my life, so I hop you injoy the movie and poor buster

They made a horore movie about ice cream

Yes its cheesy, but its a classic. Love this movie......
