Pierre is a stranger in an unfamiliar town. Pierre scribbles in a notebook. Pierre is alone in London. Pierre tears up his notes. Pierre is trying to write a novel. Tom is a male escort boy for ladies, a gigolo. Tom is a prostitute. But Pierre doesn't find this out until later, when Tom takes him to a party without telling him why and they are paid by two lady clients. Pierre is surprised. Pierre is shocked. Pierre is flattered. And because it scares him, because it's the opposite of the stifling life he has led, because he doesn't know how far he can go, Pierre goes for it.
