In the white-knuckle action movie Plane, pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) saves his passengers from a lightning strike by making a risky landing on a war-torn island - only to find that surviving the landing was just the beginning. When most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), an accused murderer who was being transported by the FBI. In order to rescue the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare's help, and will learn there's more to Gaspare than meets the eye.

I was really quite disappointed. As a Gerard Butler film I was expecting it to be action packed and well written like all his other films. Unfortunately this film was quit dry. The acting wasn't very good. Overall it felt like a try hard film with too little time to tell a potentially great story. Please don't get me wrong, Gerard Butler is an amazing actor and by far one of my favorites. This film however, didn't live up to the Gerard Butler name.

Go to watch the movie and it’s not in English. I attempt to change the language and it only gives me Spanish, French or Portuguese. However I can watch it in English on my phone. please fix it so it plays in English without having to download. I don’t have that option on my tv.

Considering what's been on offer, this is definitely worth a watch!
