Its John Wayne with a MAC 10. But there are noticeable mistakes in the film. I don't know how this film ever managed to achieve a PG rating. There are also a few noticeable filming mistakes. When John Wayne shoots a bad guy near the beginning and kills him, the man lying dead on the ground is clearly moving. When John Wayne is walking from a house to his car the audio synchronization is off (he is shown walking on grass but it sounds like he is walking on hard ground)
