This documentary provides a great insight into the (until now) mysterious world of cellular meats. This is such a dynamic space that doubtlessly Meat the Future will need a sequel or 2.0 within a year of two. I have absolutely no doubt that cellular meats are going to have a massive impact of global protein production and consumption. This documentary provides a great introduction for anyone interested in knowing more.
