Jonas Taylor dirige une équipe de chercheurs plongés dans les plus profonds abysses des océans. Leur voyage tourne au cauchemar lorsqu'une opération de minage mal intentionnée menace leur mission et les entraîne dans un grand combat pour la survie. Confrontés à des requins préhistoriques gigantesques, ils vont devoir se montrer plus agiles, malins et rapides que ces prédateurs.

I was disappointed in this movie. I was hoping for suspense surprise as in the first one, but instead it was chaotic and uninteresting. Too many Megs in one place. The first one was great, and expected more from this one.

It's over the top from the first one, and ridiculous at times. I love it. Exactly the way a movie like this should be on the second go round. Fun, and over the top.
