Leonard (Guy Pearce) is tracking down the man who raped and murdered his wife. The difficulty, however, of locating his wife's killer is compounded by the fact that he suffers from a rare, untreatable form of memory loss. Although he can recall details of life before his accident, Leonard cannot remember what happened fifteen minutes ago, where he's going, or why.

It's NOT a movie from 2022. (Google is being clumsy and has incorrect details.) The movie itself is brilliant, Christopher Nolan's early work.

Great movie but judging by low score here most people just don't understand it. No wonder when all the superhero cr...p making rounds. The average IQ around the globe must have had dropped by half.

Genuinely one of the best films I've ever seen
