BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BUNDLE - NO 4K UHD UPGRADE PATH AND NO REFUNDS - ALSO DUPLICATES COPIES YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE!!! It physically pains me to 1-star one of my all-time favorite movie franchises, but as others have stated, this bundle does NOT include a 4K UHD upgrade and support will not refund me, or claims their system will not permit a refund for 'reasons' they can't clarify and apparently can't override with supervisor approval - meaning their purchase system has zero human elements in the purchasing process which seems pretty sketchy for mitigating issues of this nature. I already had these movies individually in my library via Movies Anywhere. The extended Blu-Rays came with digital codes that were originally only valid via Ultraviolet that was later folded into Vudu. Support informed me the copies already in my library were not 4K eligible since they were not purchased through Google directly. I've had other movies upgraded in the past that were added to the library via Movies Anywhere, but whatever. I purchased this bundle in an attempt to demonstrate direct purchase history while offsetting the cost using built-up survey Play Store credit, but they still won't honor the 4K upgrade and to add insult to injury, can't or won't refund my bundle purchase, so now I am stuck with DUPLICATE COPIES of these movies in my library in the same legacy HD format, which should not be possible! If you look at the cover art on the films listed in this bundle and compare with the individually listed titles of the same name, you'll notice the cover art is different indicating duplicate instances of the same film in the catalog. They even recommend their duplicate counter-parts in the recommendations section which seems like an issue with the catalog for sure. There are clearly duplicate listings of these six movies in the catalog that their support refuses to acknowledge and correct, so consumers like me that already own these titles can't upgrade to 4K UHD using this platform. I should have realized this before making the purchase, but I didn't, so now I am out $75 with a set of movies that I already had. Further, support gave me false information and caused me to miss out on Vudu's holiday sale by saying if I waited, I would receive the upgrade (two months ago now). This is really disappointing, and I will think twice from now on before purchasing content on this platform. Very disappointing as a loyal Google customer for many years now!

Be careful to make sure your payment method is also your "Family Payment Method" or it will not be part of your Family Library. Customer support was extremely helpful in helping me correct the problem. So happy to have found the entire High Definition version (regularly $84.99) for just $44.99. I also participate in Google Opinion Rewards and used my play credit towards this purchase. What a bargain! As long as Google stays in business, me and my family will be able to enjoy these excellent films until the end of our days.

The Lord of the Rings are without a doubt the best trilogy I've ever enjoyed. The closure brought by Peter Jackson is the most epic, bringing a proper closure to each character's story. Though it may only be a tale of fantasy, the substance of it relates in many ways to the troubles the world sees today, and has continued to suffer with for so long.
