After losing his fiancee in a car crash, for which he blames himself, suicidal Max Matheson reluctantly takes a job as a night watchman at his father's Mayflower Department Store. When his co-workers are killed off in gruesome and horrible ways and Max begins to see a mysterious young woman in all the store's mirrors, desperate to communicate with him, he fears he's losing his mind, or that he may be the next victim.

If you have seen the first one forget everything you remember because this one is completely different. All the charters from the first are gone and the thing in the mirror isn't even the same monster. It's the darkest movie you will ever see. It's really just about a girl drugged and rapped by her bosses who's then strangled and stuck in a mirror. She goes on a killing spree killing everyone responsible for her death. The two main characters decide to help her kill her boss which in the end doesn't work.
