This is a 90 minute Murder She Wrote fan fiction in the UK with Kelsey Grammar. It seems like Grammar was on vacation and was doing a favor. Light work for him and he's easily the best part of this movie. Movie gets one star for getting him to say flim flam. Someone else called this a Hallmark movie and they were not wrong. I don't know what kind of mood you would have to be in to watch this movie of your own volition if you knew what is. Go do something else, your time is more valuable than this.

If you are looking for a smart, witty whodunit, you haven't found one in this movie. "Miss Willoughby and The Haunted Bookshop" is on the level of a Hallmark TV mystery movie. The movie isn't completely awful and the scenery is pretty. The fatal flaw of this film is its predictability. If you enjoy mysteries that you can figure out in the first 20 minutes of the film, you will love this one. Otherwise, save your money ($5.99).
