Gerry convinces his new lucky charm to hit the road with him, towards a legendary high stakes poker game in New Orleans. The highs and lows unveil the duo’s true characters and motivations, and an undeniable bond forms between them.

I watch it waiting to actually feel something other than boredom but it just didnt happen. I watch independent films all the time so I understand slower movies but this just wasnt right.

Its a little slow to start, and if you haven't paid any attention you're bound to be a little lost. But, all in all, its a wonderful movie. But, then again, any movie with Ryan Reynolds is bound to be a hit.

Boring and canned gambler movie. Also a few southern style blues songs doesn't represent the south. Poorly executed overall.
