Based on Marguerite Henry's award-winning novel, this heartwarming drama centers on Paul (David Ladd) and his sister, Maureen (Pam Smith), who set out to catch a beautiful, elusive mare called Phantom during Chincoteague Island's annual Pony Penning event.
