In 1957, over 50 mafia leaders from across America converged on a small town in upstate New York to honour the new "capo dei capi" (Boss of Bosses). Stumbling upon their illegal operations, Sgt. Ed Croswell risked his life to stand up for justice, shedding light on a massive web of corruption that would change the face of law enforcement forever.
