From his humble birth in Harlem, NYC in 1965 to his stratospheric rise to global superstardom, Moby has had a staggeringly dynamic and idiosyncratic career. 'Moby Doc' is an equally dynamic and idiosyncratic film, looking not just at Moby's life and fame, but also his battles with alcoholism and drug addiction, and his constant search for meaning and purpose. Shot largely in New York City and Los Angeles, 'Moby Doc' also features never before seen archival footage from Moby's past, as well as interviews and performances with his friends and mentors David Lynch and David Bowie. 'Moby doc' is equally exciting and vulnerable, using a truly unique lens to document one individual's incredibly odd and compelling life and career.
