Who is the audience for this movie? I've seen thousands of films in my lifetime and I cannot fathom why this film was ever made...let alone receiving a 4.5 star collective review on this site. My gosh...Did people find this "entertainiing" or "enjoyable"? It is not, not in the least. The story is reprehensible as all throughout it a child and an intellectually challenged girl are the target of a sociopath's desire to kill them. Oh and this socio - or is psychopath? - is a serial killer who was locked in closets as a young boy. There's no need to see a film with this storyline, unless you enjoy seeing children strangled and a mentally challenged girl get beaten senseless. Sure it's well made and professionally done, but so what when it's just a sickening story with no redeeming quality.

It's an interesting concept but poorly executed. Lee Min Ki does his job well as usual, but you can't make a movie by yourself. For a handsome guy he plays such evil characters quite well. The focus should have been to develop him more and add more purpose to the pottery. Maybe a couple of murders and the adding of pots. The wall of pots was already full! I know there has to be a victim seeking revenge that we must relate to. Unfortunately, that's where it goes left. The character Bok- Soon is so poorly acted that she becomes annoying almost. She's over top, exaggerated. I've seen several actors play special need characters very well but not this time. Also, Bok- Soon's sister serves no purpose. The little girl and Tae-Soo's step mother are pretty good. If you like Lee Min Ki, watch it, but forgive everyone else. All 3 stars are for him.

The movie just did not hold together. The story was so predictable that i could see when the actors were going to cry again during the movie. It is just full of cheezy sentiment.
