Behind our world, there is another: a world of dangerous and powerful monsters that rule their domain with deadly ferocity. When an unexpected sandstorm transports Captain Artemis (Milla Jovovich) and her unit (TI Harris, Meagan Good, Diego Boneta) to a new world, the soldiers are shocked to discover that this hostile and unknown environment is home to enormous and terrifying monsters immune to their firepower. In their desperate battle for survival, the unit encounters the mysterious Hunter (Tony Jaa), whose unique skills allow him to stay one step ahead of the powerful creatures. Film nya bagus karena memiliki alur cerita yg simple dan jelas tujuannya. Tapi sayang skill Dan senjata2 dan armor hasil hunting monster nya belum keluar semua. CGI nya sudah sangat bagus, cuma acting nya kurang gagah dan strategi serang monsternya secara team belum keliatan di film ini. Mungkin di film berikutnya akan muncul. Sebagai player monhun world film ini tidak melebar dari ekspektasi, krn game monhun world tidak mengutamakan alur cerita, hanya "how you hunt the monster"

Flat, terlalu memaksakan cerita dan sutradara sekaligus suaminya milla Jovovich sptnya ga ngasih proporsi karakter n cerita yg berimbang ke pemeran lain alhasil Milla bak another character resident evil dbuang n dremake ala ala Monster Hunter dpadang pasir. Boring!

As always, kalau dari game trus diadaptasi ke film itu, sering gak sesuai ekspektasi dan gak menuhin hype fans game tersebut, and this project is a total fail.
