In MOONFALL, a mysterious force knocks the Moon from its orbit and hurls it on a collision course with Earth – and with life as we know it. This is not an intelligent movie and will probably the last disaster porn movie Roland Emmerich will be allowed to direct. Moonfall was independently funded with a portion of the funding comming from China so of course there's pandering to how China's space agency is helping in the movie, also a prominent actor is a Chinese Canadian singer. If you're able to turn off your brain, not look for plots holes and be entertained on a surface level then you might enjoy this.

It's just poor, I would say it's still a good film just to watch for the CGI but the storyline it so bad, I couldn't even enjoy that. It's just a mess of a movie and how they managed to get the likes of Halle Berry & Patrick Wilson onboard amazes me! Want a good disaster watch A Day After Tomorrow or Cloverfield

Unfortunately this movie falls short in all aspects other than the quality of some of the actors, even a cameo here and there (Donald Sutherland ) couldn't save this movie. It's more than in-plausible, trying to mix several genres and failing on all of them. Disappointed overall.
