Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Ewan McGregor lead an all-star cast in this criminally funny comedy. After a priceless painting is stolen, shady art dealer Charlie Mortdecai (Depp) is recruited by an old rival (McGregor) to get it back. Mortdecai questions his rival's intentions, but takes the job for the money and to keep his high-maintenance wife (Paltrow) happy. With the help of his manservant, Mortdecai must face terrorists, angry Russians, and more in a hilarious globe-trotting chase.

This is possibly the worst film I've ever attempted to watch. The Human Centipede 2 is less offensively terrible. Basically, the one joke of this film is Johnny Depp trying - and failing - to be Terry Thomas. Spare yourself and avoid.

No big laugh out loud jokes but subtle, great performances and a breath of fresh air. No vulgarity or overblown humour, just a farcical plot and light hearted silliness.

Watched this film with low expectations after reading several reviews, however was pleasantly surprised. Lots of funny moments, some obvious and some more subtle. A great cast and very funny film that doesn't take itself too seriously.
