Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie smolder in one of the most anticipated, sizzling action films ever made. After five (or six) years of vanilla-wedded bliss, ordinary suburbanites John and Jane Smith (Pitt and Jolie) are stuck in a rut the size of the Grand Canyon...until the truth comes out! Unbeknownst to each other, they are both coolly lethal, highly paid assassins working for rival organizations. It's a pretty silly movie. The story's not great. There are plot holes. But Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie obviously had such a great time making this, and that turns it into a great time for the viewer, too. Their talent and chemistry makes what would probably have been a 2-star movie into an easy 4. Very entertaining, thanks to lots of sass and explosions. Don't take it too seriously.

I can see the chemistry behind the duo of Pitt & Jolie. Done well, but felt the script was so predictable. Action packed and I do enjoy both of them on screen together...just got slightly boring for me. Still a good movie, just slightly overdone for my taste.

A delightful mix of over the top spy action with a dose of husband / wife competition, and none too serious. Lots of great one-liners and snappy comebacks.
