This is arguably David Lynch's best movie. Like most of Lynch's work, it takes multiple viewings and an altered state of mind to appreciate. My oldest daughter and I watched it back when it first came out for a year straight once a week, every Friday night. Those were good times. Anyway, yes, I'm not going to spoil it for you but one hint is you need to utilize circular thinking to unlock the movie's secrets 😉

By the end I am still somewhat confused. Two stars for good acting. Maybe I am missing something but I'm glad I only rented this movie. I kept hoping if I just continue watching it things will eventually make sense..... Nope two and half hours later theirs still things that don't add up.

Big Lynch fan, and this is my favorite of all his films. All the Lynchian elements coalesce perfectly to give gravity, humor, and horror to this emotional story of jealousy and self-delusion.
