A single mother decides to move to a small town with her troubled teenage daughter, believing this will be their chance for a fresh start. When someone in the town dies from a drug overdose, the mother suspects the doctor she works for may be involved. As the town's secrets start to unfold, she and her daughter become targets. Desperate to survive, they try to escape before it's too late.
