An enjoyable Aussie film. What seems like a bit of a dorky comedy at first actually covers some surprisingly meaty themes. The character development plays out perfectly - love seeing Collette and Griffiths in these early roles. Probably not a film I'd watch over and over, but definitely a good solid and fun rom-com.

Classic movie! If you haven't seen it yet your missing out!!

I really don't get why this movie is considered an Australian classic. It was ok but not really enjoyable at all.
