A wealthy Italian countess descends on the beach to ensnare Flex Martian, winner of a Mr. Galaxy contest. But when she transfers her affections to Frankie Avalon, Annette is disgusted and war is ignited between the muscles and the surfers. Music, dancing and surfing on the beaches of sunny southern California.
