Prem Kumar (Vijay Sethupathi) is all set to wed his lover Dhanalakshmi (Gayathrie). Two days before his wedding, he decides to try his hand at playing cricket with his friends. The game gets little serious and in a bid to catch the ball he stumbles, injuring his head but is quickly back on his toes focusing on the gameplay. Later, soon after the match the friends are taken aback as Prem develops short-term memory loss. He only remembers his life till college and recognizes his friends, but is clueless about his upcoming wedding. Fearing trouble, his friends take him to a doctor, only to be informed that he may recover anytime. The sequence of events wherein the friends goof-up with his parents, lover and convince him to marry Dhanalakshmi, brings the roof down with laughter. (CBFC U DIL/1/47/2012-CHE)
