Elango (Elvis Alexander) is brought up by his grandfather (Poo Ramu) in his village. His maternal uncle (Mime Gopi) had always treated him inferior and Elango had always dreamt of living a better life. Elango gets attracted to Amudha (Anjali Nair) of the same village. When his grandfather comes to know about his love on Amudha, he warns him that it is not the right time to go behind her, as his family needs his strong support. But, Elango is unable to forget Amudha and his mind is wavering. Whether he chose to go with Amudha or supported his family is the rest of the movie.
