By all appearances, new parents Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) are living the American Dream – complete with an adorable baby girl and a beautiful new starter home in the suburbs. Still, the early-thirtysomethings want to believe that they have a modicum of coolness left within them. So when they discover that their new next-door neighbors are none other than dozens of Delta Psi Beta fraternity brothers led by charismatic president Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron), they try to play along and make the best of an awkward situation. But when the frat's parties grow increasingly more epic, both sides of the property line begin to fend for their turf. The neighbors' relentless sabotage escalates into outrageous one-upmanship, beginning an epic Greek war for the ages. Also stars Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.

I was excited to watch this movie. But within the first few minutes of watching I realized I had made a mistake. Seth Rogan is not the least bit funny. I'd rather watch my cat throw up at the end of my bed at 3AM than watch another Seth Rogan movie. There was a glimmer of hope with the "Robert Deniro characters" scene, but then Rogan's voluminous jowls filled the screen and something crude bubbled forth from his cake-loving mouth and I was forced to turn it off. If you're looking for better entertainment, grab a long stick and poke through the landmines at a dogpark. It might be a better use of your time.

The movie was alright. The first third of the movie was pretty boring but it picked up towards the end. The HD file must be corrupted though. I took all the steps to rectify the situation that Google Play Support suggested but that didn't solve the problem. I had the same issue with the downloaded file and with streaming via Chromecast. The file hangs in certain locations and you have to skip forward (therefore missing a scene). It happened more than once. I wish there were a "report bad file" option like there is in Google Music.

Must be a lot of old people watching & rating this movie..seems like they just don't get any newer comedies& any movie with Mary Jane in it is an instant 1*...GET USED TO IT PEOPLE; WEEDzHERE2STAY. I have my doctorate& smoked weed every day in college. It's not a GATEWAY DRUG bc people are getting smarter about the negative effects of the REAL ILLICIT DRUGS. #420
