By all appearances, new parents Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne) are living the American Dream тАУ complete with an adorable baby girl and a beautiful new starter home in the suburbs. Still, the early-thirtysomethings want to believe that they have a modicum of coolness left within them. So when they discover that their new next-door neighbors are none other than dozens of Delta Psi Beta fraternity brothers led by charismatic president Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron), they try to play along and make the best of an awkward situation. But when the frat's parties grow increasingly more epic, both sides of the property line begin to fend for their turf. The neighbors' relentless sabotage escalates into outrageous one-upmanship, beginning an epic Greek war for the ages. Also stars Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.

I was excited to watch this movie. But within the first few minutes of watching I realized I had made a mistake. Seth Rogan is not the least bit funny. I'd rather watch my cat throw up at the end of my bed at 3AM than watch another Seth Rogan movie. There was a glimmer of hope with the "Robert Deniro characters" scene, but then Rogan's voluminous jowls filled the screen and something crude bubbled forth from his cake-loving mouth and I was forced to turn it off. If you're looking for better entertainment, grab a long stick and poke through the landmines at a dogpark. It might be a better use of your time.

I wish I could say I expected better from a movie with these actors in it but it seems this is the only humor they know. Sex drugs and alcohol. Movies used to have class. Great way to show how not to be a parent. When I saw the previews I was excited thinking it would be a good clean comedy with lots of small battles not about everything they showed. When it got to the airbag part I was ready to shut the movie off. And I did.

The humor is exceptionally lame and simply just plain foul. None of the characters I found to be likeable but maybe the wife (maybe). The plot was incredibly weak, just simply filler to host the poorly designed concept of irritating college neighbors who are reckless and irresponsible (seeming to appeal to that entire crowd). Maybe some individuals enjoy that sort if thing, but I personally couldn't stand much of it at all.
