Vijay Kumar, an honest Delhi-based journalist, exposes the wrongdoings of two corrupt politicians. The duo - Kendriya Mantri Shankar Babu and Desbandhu Sharma - ensure that Vijay gets punished. Vijay completes his sentence and his girlfriend, Maria, helps him start a publication - 'New Delhi Diary'. Later, the people who harmed him, start dying violent deaths, arousing suspicion amongst his staff.
