About this movie

Las Vegas showroom magician Cris Johnson has a secret: he can see two minutes into the future. Sick of the government and scientific interest in his gift, he lies low in Vegas, performing cheap tricks and living off small-time gambling "winnings." But when a terrorist group threatens to detonate a nuclear device in Los Angeles, government agent Callie Ferris must use all her wiles to capture Cris and convince him to help her stop the cataclysm.

Overall, the film is quite enjoyable. I love the idea and it's plot. But I don't quite like it's ending. If it ended in different way, I think it'd be better than this.

This was in the 2007-10 years of the Cage era. It's actually a fun watch with…some ending, I'll say. Cage nails it, this is better than Bangkok Dangerous but nowhere near as fun as Sorcerer's Apprentice or as good as Port of Call New Orleans.

Good Nicolas Cage has an interesting way of playing his characters. He looks a little "out of the world around him", but he matches the film perfectly.
