Nick returns to the Paramount Theater, where he filmed his last special, SERIOUSLY WHO FARTED?, to drop his new TASTE IT hour special. Fans of Swardson won't be disappointed. His material hasn't gone the route of marriage, children, or political epiphanies. Instead, he keeps it in the Swardson universe with fresh takes on booze, chicks and diarrhea, along with new stories, jokes and a new t-shirt. Nick is back and it tastes good.

I used to be a Nick Swardson fan . . . and then he went and made this steaming pile. There's a few chuckles but oh how the mighty have fallen. There's a lot of dead spots where the audience isn't even chuckling and Swardson appears to be begging them to laugh. Overall, this entire routine seems to be directed towards some woman (or women) who have spurned him in the past. Also, he seems like he's coked up and/or drunk in that "guy who's obviously too old to be in the bar but still goes out every weekend" sort of way. I simply can't express how disappointed I was by this.
